Plans and Billing FAQ

  • Yes. Anyone can use a Ship & Pay to make a payment to a vendor, even if you currently have an active PayCargo account.
  • Please keep in mind, the Ship & Pay option only allows for a credit card payment to be made. You cannot use an ACH, and a 3.5% Credit Card processing Fee will also be applied along with the transaction fee.

Please note, that if you decide to deactivate your PayCargo account and would like to re-activate in the future, there will be a $100 Re-activation Fee.

  • PayCargo’s Annual Fee for active accounts is charged in either August or December of every year (depending on when you created your PayCargo Account.)
  • Each user of an account will be charged an annual fee of $250.
  • Your account will be charged via ACH that is registered with your account.
  • We send all account holders a 30 day notice via email prior to charging your account the annual fee.
  • Enjoy expedited and even same-day cargo release with the option to defer your payment for 30 days using our flexible Credit option provided by PayCargo Capital.
  • Once your PayCargo Account is active, you can instantly apply (takes 5 minutes) and your application will be reviewed within 24 hours.
